Dr. Kaitlin Greer
Dr. Greer grew up in sunny South Florida and gravitated towards a career in veterinary medicine ever since the first grade. She received her Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from the University of Florida and then went on to earn her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2020 from UF as well. She then moved to Greenville SC with her husband for his medical residency and they fell in love with the area. Dr. Greer completed 2 years in a general private practice seeing primarily dogs and cats but also saw some small exotic pets such as rabbits, guinea pigs, and ferrets. Dr. Greer is interested in all aspects of general practice, and particularly enjoys preventative medicine and soft tissue surgery. She is also very passionate about shelter medicine and has two rescue pets: her dog Wesley, an American Foxhound/pit bull mix, and cat Leo, an orange tabby.
When not working, Dr. Greer enjoys horseback riding (jumping/eventing), playing the violin, skiing, and spending time with her family. Her and her husband are enjoying exploring the Carolinas and love taking Wesley on camping and hiking adventures.
