COVID-19 Information & Reopening Updates

We’re dedicated to maintaining a safe space for our pets and pet parents every day. As an essential business, My Pets Wellness has continued to operate throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. As we continue to adapt our business to fit the COVID-19 climate, our facilities have launched the first phase of our multi-phase facility reopening plan. Learn more about our new in-facility protocols and what we’re doing to keep our clients and team members healthy.

Our Phase One Reopening Plan

Phase one will require all employees and non-employees to be screened with a temporal thermometer and asked the following 3 questions upon arrival at the facility:

 

  1. Are you or anyone in your household sick with upper respiratory symptoms?
  2. Have you come in contact with anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19?
  3. Are you currently waiting for pending results for a COVID-19 test?

If the answers to any of these questions is “yes,” we ask that you remain in your vehicle for a curbside appointment to protect the health and safety of our team members and other clients.

In addition to screening questions, please be aware of our other safety protocols.

Curbside appointments are still available (and recommended) for all appointments.

Exam rooms will be limited to medical teams, one patient, and one pet parent at a time.

Face masks are required inside the facility. To minimize contact, facility tours will not be offered at this time.

In order to maintain the safest space possible, all staff will adhere to the same protocols.
